Didactic Information |
Tucson artist George Ehnat works in stone, marble and limestone, and in recent years, he also casts his sculptures in bronze . Characterized by simplicity and compatibility with the environment, Ehnat's basic shapes include spheres and sockets, which create a tension between positive and negative spaces. By making his works appear to blend in with natural forms, Ehnat seeks to create "a link to our primitive-primordial past." |
